1. Simulator Utilization

Users are granted permission to access the Lagoon Nibbler Simulator for educational and research-oriented purposes. Modifying simulator values, scripting telemetry overrides, or flooding the observational log database constitutes a violation of these terms.

2. Mock Transactions

Pass registration services on this site represent mock support nodes. Payment forms operate strictly within test boundaries, and no financial assets are debited. Premium features are unlocked for simulation demonstration purposes only.

3. Intellectual Property

All graphical assets, including our custom fish templates, wader boot icons, wiggling worm vectors, wave foams, and website typography layouts, are proprietary properties of Lagoon Resort and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Lagoon Resort provides this marine platform "as is". We are not responsible for browser failures, simulator crashes, or local high score memory losses resulting from browser cache clearings.
